had their long planed Danish tour – nothing really happened. A lot of struggles to get the Danish bands (The Movement & Toybomb) finally ended up in financial problems and holiday. We didn’t get any economical support from any organizations, except from DMF who would sponsor my trip to Warsaw to finish the MCB 2002 project.
Nevertheless I’m still hoping to arrange these concerts in Poland this year... Lets see !

In the email pile is an email from a Russian folk quire ´Svetilen’ who like to perform concerts in Denmark, and why not ?

d.16/11 NEWS : Danish SKA-band Chakawoo

goes on four day trip (5,6,7,8 December) to Poland to complete the MCB 2002 project, They will play with one Polish band & one Lithuanian band (Dr. Green) , concerts are arranged by Kasia Ozimek.

d.25/12 Back from Poland tour with Chakawoo, the tour was great, I think Chakawoo enjoyed playing in front of Very open, dance friendly Polish audience.

2003 – The support concerts

d. 2/4 Christiania concert didn’t turn out right and didn’t take place, BUT the 16/4 1 year birthday of the organization will take place at cosy Gyngen , membermeeting (/Generalforsamling) at 16.30 and concerts at 21.30 with local band ‘Terp’- be there J

d.14/10 Concert in Christiania TOOK PLACE !.
Saturday 11/10 Pix Lips and Chakawoo made people rock in Operaen in Pusherstreet, Christiania. NICE concert , I like to thank the bands for giving a terrific performance for the organization MCB & future exchange projects like the MCB 2002 project !
Im working on promotion for Claude Chichons ‘Franske Orkester’ listen to Claude & read a little about Claude.

2004 – Music Crosses Borders Booking 

The Organization will enter a new stage of progress, we will work to book as many bands as possible to the best concert in 2004, along with making a booking office , as a member you get discount on the entrance. J

MCB Multishop is no more.. in this very moment the shop is being left, signs removed, books given to red cross, the organ removed, the key turned..that would mean no physical place for the organization, but who knows ?, if  MCB materializes other places on planet earth ?!
